Olympic swimmer and freestyle specialist. Carl is a national champion and represented his country at the 2012 Olympics. Using his skills and over 20 years of experience he is now a passionate open water swimmer. He also runs his business Swim360 which has taught and trained hundreds of people to thrive in the pool and open water. He has used his extensive knowledge of the sport to create the Swim360 Coach courses.
National pool and open water medalist, Rachel knows the game inside and out. Rachel began swimming competitively at age 9, specialising as a distance freestyler later in her career. She now competes in open water swimming and surf life saving and is consistently winning medals at a national level. Her knowledge and experience in distance swimming in the pool and open water is vital to our courses.
Natasha is a passionate triathlete. She has been involved in the sport for over 10 years. During this time she has medalled and won various national and continental races as well as raced in the German LBS league. Although she has competed for a number of years in open water racing her triathlon background brings a unique perspective to the courses.
Unlike our other instructors Matt began swimming later in life. Although Matt only started swimming as an adult he quickly became hooked through his success in the open water. He has climbed up his age group rankings at a masters level to become a national champion. Not having a competitive swimming background has given him a teaching perspective that enables others without a competitive swimming background to relate to.
